TYPE D Castable Wax – Gray (0.5kg)

With Type D Castable Wax Resin reliable castings can be realized. The resin has been developed for DLP or LCD 3D printers and is characterised by particularly fast printing times and smooth surfaces. It burns almost without residue, which significantly improves the reproducibility of the casting.

Product description

A high wax content in the material contributes to the clean burning process. The resin is suitable for printing burn-out blanks of jewelry models, such as rings, decorative elements or other jewelry products. Our Castable Wax resin is therefore a real all-round material for investment casting. The color of the Castable Wax Resin is ash grey, which allows an optimal contour view after printing. The material has also been tested in gypsum bonded investments. The resin allows the printing of wax patterns for investment casting and is therefore suitable for the production of dental casting applications and objects for jewellery production. The material has no ash content as a residue in the burn-out process. Additionally we have optimized the material with a high wax content. This product has neither been tested nor approved for medical or pharmaceutical applications.
